Fido’s Pyrethrin Shampoo

Mild soap free shampoo with natural pyrethrin for flea and tick control

A pyrethrin based shampoo which controls fleas and ticks on cats and dogs. Does not control the paralysis tick. Can be used as a general grooming shampoo if pet already on long term flea and tick control. Available in 250mL and 500mL bottles.

Active: 1g/L Pyrethrins; 10g/L Piperonyl butoxide

Wet your pet’s coat thoroughly with clean, warm water and apply at least 20mL of the shampoo along the backline of the pet. Work into a good lather over the entire body, taking care to avoid the eyes and inside the ears. Rinse off and dry thoroughly. Use weekly or more frequently if needed.

We generally say it is safe to use at any age but for very young (under 12 weeks) puppies and kittens just wet lightly with the diluted solution and towel dry well afterwards.

I use this on my two labradors every two weeks and i find that is works really well. I find it hard to use the spot on and collars because they both love the water, but with the shampoo i find that the fleas are dying even while im washing them. Great product.
